Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of any makeup/tan marks, with all tags, hygiene strip, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and confirmation email.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gaiawoman.co.uk with the email subject 'RETURN REQUEST', the body of the email must contain your order number and the item/items you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Gaia Woman when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample sale, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are not yet able to provide exchanges. If you need a different size or colour you will need to place a new order and return your original purchase following the steps outlined above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
